What exactly is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

What are classes like?
A regular CrossFit class takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Everybody starts at the same time with instructors walking around helping out and keeping track, and everybody is supporting each other and probably sweating a lot.

Welcome to CrossFit Sandwich!
As the owner and head coach I’m excited to welcome you to CrossFit Sandwich! I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet. I grew up playing sports throughout my youth and continued playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse in college. My passion for CrossFit began in 2013 upon joining my local box in Connecticut. I was immediately hooked by the camaraderie of the CrossFit community and the results of my exercise! CrossFit has had such a positive impact on my life, I’m thrilled to share it with others in the local community, bringing Sandwich its first and only CrossFit affiliate.
